What to Expect in a 90-Minute Session:

• Cacao Ceremony
  Begin your journey with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a time-honored ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to activate the heart chakra, allowing you to connect deeply with your emotions and the healing energy of the earth. As you sip the warm cacao, you will set your personal intentions for healing and open yourself to the transformative energy to come.

• Hapé Ceremony
  Following the cacao, you will be guided through a Hapé (Rapé) ceremony. Hapé is a sacred shamanic medicine made from finely ground tobacco and medicinal plants. When administered, it clears the mind, grounds the body, and helps release energetic blockages. The Hapé ceremony will further prepare your energy for the Reiki session, helping you reach a state of deep connection and clarity.

• Sacred Opening Ritual
  Next, we will move into a grounding ritual that includes smudging with sage or palo santo, guided meditation, and affirmations to create a sacred space for healing and align your energy with the universe.

• Channeled Reiki Energy Healing
